So here is my update! I have some back strength now! Guess what I had to incorporate. A trampoline class that thing loosened right up. I down 6 lbs I've had no meat for 30 days. Corporate fast! I added 2 protein drinks to my meals a day. A lot more to go. I cant figure how to upload a picture! I love these workouts.

Hi I just joined the challenge and did the calculation. I am on a fast with no meat. I don't know how I'm gonna meet this calorie intake. But I'm sure there are some creative ways of doing it!
Nay jones: Take protein shakes and eat other items from the list that contain protein when you get the meal plan. That is what protein supplements are for. If you don’t get enough protein in your diet , you take a supplement
