Be sure to keep your water intake up ! Try to get to a gallon a day. The water will wash out the toxins and help remove excess sodium from your system that causes us to bloat ! I prefer alkaline water myself.

To calculate your macros Email me : I need your height. Weight. Age. Body fat %. How many days a week you workout and for how long. If you don’t know your body fat % , get as close as you can comparing to this chart. Also your activity level. How often do you workout , if at all and for how long ?
