Hello everyone am just getting started how did everyone stay Motivated
Nay jones: You have to be self motivated. No one else can do that for you ! Write down your goals , track your meals , take progress pics. Get down to the root of your goals if it’s to be healthier , if Its to look better , feel better , get off your blood pressure meds , whatever it is ... That’s your motivation to achieve your goals !
